Afpay and Master Card Terms & Conditions

 

By using your AfPay card and Master Card and its associated Personal Identification Number (PIN), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Cardholder:

  • ·       The Cardholder is bound to protect the card and in case of loss, theft or misuse, the Cardholder shall immediately inform HesabPay of such an event.
  • ·       The Cardholder is responsible for all transactions authorized using her/his AfPay Car/Master card and PIN.
  • ·       In the event of loss or theft of the card, the Cardholder shall report HesabPay either through registered email or report to HesabPay Customer support or in-person visit HesabPay’ s branch offices.
  • ·       If the Cardholder fails to inform HesabPay for loss or theft of the card, the cardholder shall be solely liable for its misuse by any person and HesabPay shall not be liable for any consequences that may arise due to such event.
  • ·       The Cardholder is responsible for all transactions made using his/her PIN.
  • ·       The Cardholder has to change the PIN on his/her first login/use.
  • ·       HesabPay would advise the Cardholder to remember his/her PIN.
  • ·       It is strongly recommended to Keep your PIN separate from your AfPay and Master Card.
  • ·       It is recommended to memorize your PIN and do not write it down or store it electronically.
  • ·       Regularly changing your PIN is advisable for enhanced security.

Security and Confidentiality:

  • ·       The cardholder is responsible for keeping his/her PIN secure and confidential.
  • ·       The PIN is strictly confidential, please don’t disclose it to anyone.

Validity of the Card:

  • ·       The Card is valid up to the last date written on the face of the card. The cardholder undertakes to destroy the Card when it expires or submit it to HesabPay when requested for renewal.

Card Replacement:

  • ·       If Cardholder’s card is damaged or expires, a replacement card will be issued.

Cancellation of Card:

  • In case of occurrence of any events enlisted below, this terms and conditions shall become void, and the card will be blocked if,
  • ·       The cardholder in respect of these terms and conditions or any other concerned document provides misleading, fraudulent, or false information.
  • ·       The cardholder fails to comply with any term of these terms and conditions or any other related agreement.
  • ·       HesabPay finds out that the Cardholder uses the Card for fraudulent or illegal purposes. In such event HesabPay has the right to take legal actions against such person.
  • ·       The Cardholder dies, and HesabPay through legal heirs or any other mean is informed of such event.
  • ·       Or HesabPay may cancel cards at any time, with or without notice, for security or other reasons.
  • ·       The Cardholder shall return the card in the event of cancelation of card or closure of Cardholder’s account for any reason by HesabPay.

Dispute Resolution:

  • ·       If Cardholder disputes a transaction, please notify HesabPay promptly and follow HesabPay dispute resolution process.

  • ·       HesabPay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with or without prior notice to you.

IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF the cardholder hereto, by reading of these terms and conditions approves and unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions stated above. By using your debit card and its PIN, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
